What Ideas Will We Explore?
Multiplicity refers to the idea that individuals have histories, characteristics, and beliefs that make each of us unique. Equity refers to fairness, keeping historical context in mind. Inclusion refers to actions that celebrate multiplicity and equity, and systems that create and maintain both.
Who Is Inclusion For?
In short, everyone.
Whether in the workplace, in educational settings, in social spaces, or in one on one conversations, understanding inclusion is critical for everyone.
Sometimes, people avoid inclusion conversations because of uncomfortable feelings. Learning spaces work best when everyone learns to become comfortable with what is uncomfortable. Learning occurs in that development. That learning ensures that our workplaces, social and educational settings, are safe for everyone.
What is The Process Like?
The process is designed for individuals and groups seeking an introduction to Multiplicity, Equity, & Inclusion. The method comprises an introductory meeting to confirm individuals’ needs and goals, the engagement training itself, and assessment and feedback. Engagements are tailored to individual needs and intentionally designed.

About Me
I am Gaelle A.I. pronounced GUY-yell. I use she/her and they pronouns.
In an increasingly virtual world, I design inclusion learning opportunities both in-person and virtually.
As a Haitian-American woman raised in the United States, I have learned to analyze, strategize, and navigate space. I have developed a passion for inclusion, which directly stems from my upbringing, and needing the ability to understand different people and diverse backgrounds.
I have over ten years of professional experience within Higher Education Institutions. For years, I have been facilitating conversations surrounding inclusion and justice and have experience teaching inclusion. I have a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Postsecondary Education from Syracuse University. I have a Master of Arts in Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
